These Subscription / Billing Terms explain how paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, billing, and related payment matters are handled for Style Cycle (“Style Cycle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing a subscription, premium feature, or paid service through Style Cycle, you agree to these Subscription / Billing Terms.
Paid Services
Style Cycle may offer free features, paid subscriptions, premium tools, in-app purchases, account upgrades, or other paid digital services.
Paid features may include access to advanced wardrobe organization tools, expanded image storage, outfit history tracking, duplicate outfit alerts, calendar features, premium account options, or other features made available through the website or mobile application.
The exact features, pricing, and billing options will be shown at the time of purchase.
Billing Information
When you purchase a paid service, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment processor.
Style Cycle does not store full credit card numbers on our servers when payments are handled by third-party payment providers.
Subscription Plans
Style Cycle may offer monthly, annual, or other recurring subscription plans.
Subscription pricing, renewal frequency, included features, and any trial period will be shown before you complete your purchase.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount, taxes, and any applicable fees.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled before the renewal date, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing cycle.
Style Cycle is not responsible for renewal charges that occur because a subscription was not canceled on time.
Free Trials
Style Cycle may offer free trials or promotional access to certain paid features.
If a free trial requires payment information, your subscription may automatically begin and your payment method may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expiration date.
Free trial terms, length, and available features may vary and will be shown at the time the trial is offered.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges, partial billing periods, unused time, or remaining subscription access unless required by law or approved under our Refund and Returns Policy.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Apple App Store Billing
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple.
You must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
Style Cycle cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify Apple App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
Google Play Billing
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Google.
You must manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
Style Cycle cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify Google Play subscriptions on your behalf.
Direct Website Billing
If you purchased a subscription directly through the Style Cycle website, you may manage your billing through your account settings if available, or by contacting us for assistance.
For direct website billing questions, please contact us using the information below and include your account email, purchase date, and a description of the billing issue.
Price Changes
Style Cycle may change subscription pricing, plan features, storage limits, or billing terms from time to time.
If required, we will provide notice of material pricing changes before they take effect.
Your continued use of a paid subscription after a price change becomes effective means you accept the updated pricing, unless you cancel before the new charge applies.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your access to paid features may be delayed, limited, suspended, or canceled.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and resolving any payment issues with the applicable payment provider.
Taxes and Fees
Subscription prices may not include taxes, app store fees, payment processing fees, or other charges unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, unless required by law or approved by Style Cycle.
For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly through the applicable app store.
Account Deletion and Billing
Deleting your Style Cycle account does not automatically cancel an active subscription if the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another third-party provider.
You must cancel your subscription through the same platform where you originally purchased it.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription / Billing Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date below.
Your continued use of Style Cycle after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
