Because Style Cycle is designed to help users organize and remember their wardrobe, we may store the clothing images and outfit photos you upload on our system so you can access, manage, and update your digital closet.

We may also collect usage information such as pages viewed, features used, upload activity, device type, browser type, IP address, operating system, and general interaction data.

If Style Cycle offers paid subscriptions or purchases, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Wardrobe Images and User Content

You remain the owner of the clothing photos, outfit images, notes, and wardrobe information you upload to Style Cycle.

By uploading content, you give Style Cycle permission to store, process, display, and use that content only as needed to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded wardrobe images.

You are responsible for making sure that any images or content you upload are lawful and that you have the right to upload them.

Please do not upload sensitive, confidential, illegal, explicit, or highly personal content that is not necessary for wardrobe tracking. Violations of this policy may lead to a suspension of your account, or, in extreme circumstances, to you being prohibited from future use.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect your personal information and uploaded images from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no website, app, server, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards. It is recommended that you periodically backup your data if you have not purchased our backup subscription.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate our website, app, hosting, analytics, payments, email, storage, security, and customer support.

Account and Image Deletion

You may request that we delete your account, wardrobe images, outfit records, and related user content.

Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your saved wardrobe, outfit history, uploads, and account data. Deletion may not be reversible.

Children’s Privacy

Style Cycle is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

International Users

If you access Style Cycle from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

By using Style Cycle, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different privacy laws than your location.

By using Style Cycle, you agree jointly, severally, unconditionally and irrevocably that any action or proceeding to enforce the terms of the subscription/user agreement or to adjudicate a dispute, claim or controversy hereunder, shall be brought only in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Richmond or the  United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction thereover and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction thereof.  You agree that it is your intent and agreement that New York General Obligations Section 5-1402(1) applies to the subscription/user agreement and is hereby incorporated by reference, among other things, and without limitation, regard to any other statutory, forum non conveniens or other jurisdictional provisions or analysis.

Email Communications

We may send you emails related to your account, service updates, security notices, support responses, or app announcements.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided. Service-related emails may still be sent when necessary.
