Rules for uploaded images
This Image Upload and Content Policy explains the rules and responsibilities for uploading clothing images, outfit photos, wardrobe scans, notes, tags, and other content to Style Cycle (“Style Cycle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By uploading content to Style Cycle, you agree to this Image Upload and Content Policy.
Purpose of Image Uploads
Style Cycle allows users to upload, scan, store, and organize wardrobe-related content.
This may include clothing photos, outfit images, wardrobe scans, accessories, shoes, style notes, garment details, tags, colors, materials, dates worn, events, locations, and related style information.
Uploaded content is used to help you manage your personal digital wardrobe, track outfit history, plan future outfits, and avoid repeating important looks unintentionally.
User Ownership
You remain the owner of the images, wardrobe records, notes, and other content you upload to Style Cycle.
Style Cycle does not claim ownership of your uploaded wardrobe images or personal content.
By uploading content, you give Style Cycle permission to store, process, display, organize, and manage that content only as needed to provide the service to you.
Permitted Content
You may upload content that is related to wardrobe and outfit management, including:
Clothing items, suits, dresses, shirts, pants, shoes, handbags, jewelry, accessories, closet photos, outfit combinations, styling notes, and event outfit records.
You should only upload content that you own, created yourself, or have permission to use.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, explicit, pornographic, violent, exploitative, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
You also agree not to upload confidential documents, financial records, medical records, identification documents, private conversations, passwords, sensitive business information, or images that are unrelated to wardrobe and outfit tracking.
You may not upload copyrighted, trademarked, or third-party content unless you have the legal right or permission to do so.
Images of Other People
You should avoid uploading photos of other people unless you have their permission.
If an image includes another person, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and store that image in Style Cycle.
Style Cycle is intended for wardrobe and outfit organization, not for storing private images of other individuals without consent.
Sensitive Information
Because wardrobe photos may sometimes reveal personal details, you should use care when uploading images.
Please avoid uploading images that show sensitive locations, private documents, personal identification, children, confidential materials, or anything you would not want stored in your account.
Storage of Uploaded Images
Uploaded images may be stored on Style Cycle’s systems, cloud storage, databases, backup systems, and related service provider platforms.
We store uploaded images so you can access, organize, edit, and manage your digital wardrobe through your account.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect uploaded images, but no online storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Use of Uploaded Content
Style Cycle may use uploaded content to provide app features, display your wardrobe, organize clothing items, support outfit history, generate duplicate outfit warnings, improve account functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service.
We do not sell your uploaded wardrobe images.
We do not use your private wardrobe images for unrelated advertising purposes.
Content Review and Removal
Style Cycle may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to uploaded content if we believe it violates this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or the rights of another person.
We may also remove content if required by law, court order, government request, security concern, or platform provider requirement.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload and how you use Style Cycle.
You agree that your uploaded content will not violate any law, infringe another person’s rights, expose confidential information, or create harm for Style Cycle, other users, or third parties.
Image Deletion
You may request deletion of uploaded clothing images, outfit photos, wardrobe scans, and related content.
Once deleted from active systems, the content may no longer be visible in your account. Some deleted content may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security records before being removed through normal retention cycles.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Style Cycle account.
Account deletion may remove or disable access to your uploaded images, wardrobe records, outfit history, notes, tags, preferences, and related user content.
Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription if the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another third-party provider.
Content Accuracy
Style Cycle may allow you to add garment details, categories, colors, dates, events, locations, and notes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Style Cycle does not guarantee that tags, outfit history, duplicate alerts, or wardrobe details will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe content uploaded to Style Cycle violates this policy, infringes your rights, or creates a privacy or safety concern, please contact us using the information below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Image Upload and Content Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of Style Cycle after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
