By purchasing, subscribing to, or using Style Cycle, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.
Digital Service
Style Cycle is a digital wardrobe and outfit tracking service. Because our service is provided through a website, mobile application, account access, digital features, uploaded content storage, and related online tools, there are no physical products to return.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
Style Cycle may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, in-app purchases, or other digital services.
Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and available features will be shown at the time of purchase.
By starting a paid subscription or purchase, you authorize the applicable charges through the payment method or app store account used at checkout.
Automatic Renewal
If you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not want to be charged again.
Cancellation steps may depend on where you purchased the subscription, such as through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or directly through Style Cycle.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically provide a refund for past charges, unused time, partial billing periods, or remaining subscription access unless required by law or approved by Style Cycle.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Because Style Cycle is a digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once access to the service, subscription, or premium feature has been provided.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there was a duplicate charge, billing error, technical issue that prevented access, or another valid reason approved by Style Cycle.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased Style Cycle through the Apple App Store, refunds and billing are handled by Apple.
Style Cycle does not control Apple’s refund process. You must request any refund directly through Apple according to Apple’s policies and procedures.
Google Play Purchases
If you purchased Style Cycle through Google Play, refunds and billing are handled by Google.
Style Cycle does not control Google Play’s refund process. You must request any refund directly through Google according to Google Play’s policies and procedures.
Direct Website Purchases
If Style Cycle allows direct purchases through our website, refund requests for those purchases may be sent to us using the contact information below.
Please include your name, account email, purchase date, amount charged, and the reason for your refund request.
No Physical Returns
Style Cycle does not sell physical goods through the app or website unless specifically stated otherwise.
Since wardrobe images, outfit records, subscriptions, and app features are digital, there are no physical items to ship back or return.
Account Deletion and Refunds
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription or create a refund.
If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, you must cancel it through the applicable app store account.
If your subscription was purchased directly through Style Cycle, please contact us for cancellation assistance.
Promotions, Trials, and Discounts
Style Cycle may offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time offers.
After a free trial or promotional period ends, normal billing may begin unless you cancel before the trial or promotion expires.
Promotional offers may not be refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of Style Cycle after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
