You should only upload images that you own or have permission to use. You should not upload sensitive, confidential, illegal, explicit, private, or unrelated images.

User Ownership of Content

You remain the owner of the wardrobe images, clothing photos, outfit records, notes, tags, and related content you upload to Style Cycle.

Style Cycle does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

By using Style Cycle, you give us permission to store, process, display, organize, and manage your content only as needed to provide the service to you.

How We Use Stored Data

We may use stored data to provide account access, display your wardrobe, organize clothing items, track outfit history, support duplicate outfit warnings, improve app features, maintain security, respond to support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your uploaded wardrobe images or personal information.

Data Storage

User data and uploaded images may be stored using secure hosting, cloud storage, databases, backup systems, and related service providers.

Data Access

Style Cycle staff or service providers may access limited user data only when needed for support, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or service operations.

Image Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of uploaded clothing images, outfit photos, wardrobe scans, or related wardrobe content.

Once deleted, images may no longer be available in your account. Some deleted data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security records before being removed through normal retention cycles.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Style Cycle account.

Account deletion may remove or disable access to your profile, wardrobe images, outfit history, saved clothing items, preferences, and related user content.

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription if the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another third-party provider. You must cancel subscriptions through the original billing platform when applicable.

Data Retention

We keep personal information, uploaded wardrobe images, and related content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and support security.

If your account is inactive for an extended period, we may retain or delete account data according to our internal retention practices, applicable law, and service needs.

Backups and System Logs

Style Cycle may maintain backups and system logs for security, disaster recovery, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.

When user data is deleted from active systems, it may still remain in backups for a limited time before being overwritten or removed according to normal backup cycles.

Users are also responsible for keeping their account login information secure and notifying us if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

Children’s Data

Style Cycle is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
